About Job

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a boutique ABA agency committed to excellence and ethical service. We work with children and young adults diagnosed with Autism and support their families through personalized, compassionate care. Were looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team on an hourly, part-time, or as-needed basis, with the potential to grow into a larger caseload over time.

Position Overview

This is not a full-time position. We are seeking individuals open to gradually increasing their caseload, depending on referrals and client needs. This is ideal for candidates looking for flexible hours, a supportive work environment, and long-term growth within a passionate team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and case oversight for 110 clients to start (with growth opportunities)
  • Conduct FBAs and sign off on assessments and treatment plans
  • Offer support to behavior technicians and provide mentorship to junior staff
  • Attend and facilitate occasional clinical meetings
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote the successful implementation of behavior plans
  • Travel to homes, schools, or community settings as needed
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and BACB standards

Requirements

  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
  • Masters degree in ABA or related field (required for BCBAs)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in ABA
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Central Reach (preferred)
