Clinical Supervisor - Youth IHBT (LISW-S/LPCC-S)

PsychPros is looking for a full-time, Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S or LPCC-S) for an Intensive Home Based program in the Carroll County, Ohio (Carrollton, Ohio) region.

Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates activities related to Intensive Home Based Services.
  • Helps with intake, referrals, and placement of youth.
  • Reviews and approves Individual Service Plans and Individual Service Plan updates.
  • Provides Intensive Home-Based Services to include crisis counseling and other therapeutic services.
  • Requires on-call responsibilities including, but not limited to crisis response calls for clients assigned to you and backup for crisis response calls and on-call responsibilities (including weekends and holidays) for your IHBT team. Face-to-face response available as needed for crisis response calls.
  • Assures the use of high risk interventions (restraints) are kept to a minimum through the Implementation the Six Core Strategies to Creating Violence Free and Coercion Free Treatment Environments.
  • Facilitates case management by designing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans for each client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reading/analyzing materials and reports from outside organizations, discussing with staff the progress of the client, revision ofplans in order to ensure the best possible care, directing workers on how treatment plans should be implemented and monitoring compliance with the treatment plan. Interviews, evaluates, and participates in the decision process regarding new candidates.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to use a computer; familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Masterâ€s Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • LISW or LPCC licensure with supervisory designation required.
  • Valid Ohio Driverâ€s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable. Travel required for home visits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong time management and organizational skills; crisis management skills required.
