Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our amazing team of providers in our Riverton, WY location.CHCCW believes in treating the whole person. We work closely with Family Practice, Pediatrics, Quick Care, Women's Health, Dental, and the Pharmacy, to provide the best continuity and access to care for you and your loved ones.Our skilled caregivers deliver complete mental and emotional health services, including:

Evaluation and assessment
Case management
Therapeutic interventions for people at nearly every state of life, from young children to seniors
Prescription and medication management

Our skilled and caring staff provides counseling and treatment for any challenges that impact you or your family’s home life, education, or career.Our services are provided in a compassionate, confidential and professional manner. We are dedicated to helping people adapt and adjust to present challenges to create a healthy quality of life. We accept all insurance and provide a sliding scale based on financial need.Work is performed in a typical outpatient clinic environment and periodically at locations outside the office. Some travel may be required, as we have other rural health clinics located throughout central Wyoming.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary medical team;
Effective written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work independently and be self-directed;
Experience with all age groups, different cultures and socio-economic groups;
A strong understanding of the interrelationship among physiological and psychological conditions;
Demonstrated ability in conducting diagnostic interviews, identifying DSM-V (5) diagnoses and developing counseling plans;
Assist in the provision of a broad spectrum of services to CHCCW patients who are in need of such assistance.

Such services may involve:

Substance abuse,
Socio-economic issues,
Anxiety,
Depression,
ADHD,
Marital relationships, and
Other realms of patient needs in both individual and group settings;
Provide mental health services appropriate to the age specific needs of all patients in accordance with the principles of growth and development for infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric lifestyles.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Minimal requirements/qualifications for this position include a Master’s degree from an accredited institution with appropriate academic emphasis. License by the Mental Health Professions or license eligible in Wyoming.
