Mental Health Professional (Clinician) – ARMHS Program
Location: Minnesota (Remote/Community-Based)

About Us
We are a community-based mental health organization committed to empowering adults with mental illness through culturally responsive, rehabilitative care. Our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program helps clients regain and build the skills necessary for independent living, emotional regulation, and community integration.
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional (Clinician) to join our team and be listed on our provider license with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). This role is essential to ensuring high-quality care and program compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic and functional assessments
- Develop, oversee, and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs)
- Provide clinical supervision to ARMHS staff as applicable
- Deliver rehabilitative mental health services to clients
- Document all services and interventions in compliance with DHS standards
- Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to support treatment goals
Qualifications
To qualify as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota, candidates must have both:
1. A graduate degree in one of the following mental health fields:
- Social Work
- Psychology
- Counseling
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- Psychiatry
2. An active Minnesota clinical license as one of the following:
- LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LP (Licensed Psychologist)
- Psychiatrist (MD or DO, licensed in psychiatry) Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ARMHS, CTSS, or other DHS-funded mental health programs
- Familiarity with functional assessments and treatment planning
- Experience supervising mental health practitioners or staff
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to serve diverse and underserved populations
