Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Job Overview:
This position is ideal for Licensed Clinical Psychologists who want to launch or grow a private practice while expanding access to mental health care through insurance coverage. This role combines providing evidence-based psychological assessments and therapy with seamless tools to manage credentialing, compliance, billing, and client communications — all designed to help the psychologist focus on client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions.
- Create, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed, confidential client records using secure, integrated practice management tools.
- Navigate insurance credentialing and billing processes to expand access for clients.
- Uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of client care.

Requirements:
- Current full Clinical Psychologist license (PSY, PSYP, or PsyD) valid in at least one U.S. state.
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology or a closely related field.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Professional malpractice insurance coverage.
- Commitment to establishing or expanding a private practice serving clients with insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure in multiple states.
- Familiarity with major insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
