Employment Type: Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and contract roles available

Salary: $70,000–$110,000 annually (full-time, based on experience), plus incentives

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Support RBTs as future leaders in the field

  • Build strong relationships with your clinical team

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Indiana BCBA license (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Strong ABA knowledge, clinical skills, and passion for helping families and growing future ABA professionals

  • Willingness to travel throughout Indiana
