Job Overview
Are you a driven, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst? Do you have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism? This role involves developing treatment plans, and directly providing behavioral therapy to children and adults. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. All services are direct, no RBTs or BCaBAs. You will travel to the homes of families or other approved locations to provide all services. ***No Remote
Responsibilities
- Assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions using principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in developing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
