Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) BCBA to supervise in-home cases. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and has a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of ABA treatment plans in home settings.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Train, supervise, and provide ongoing feedback to RBTs.
• Meet with families to review therapy progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Prior experience working as a BCBA.
• Licensed to practice as a BCBA in Nevada (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Availability to travel for in-home visits in the Las Vegas area.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Rate pay: $80 per hour.
• Transportation stipend of $60 per week.
• Flexible schedules available: full-time or part-time.
