You will play a vital role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Sessions will take place in the client's home.

Location Specific Needs

Credentialed Registered Behavior Technician.

Experience with adult clients.

Knowledge and experience with ABA behavior reduction interventions.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 3-6 pm

Sunday 11-2 pm or 3-6 pm

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 direct ABA therapy program designed by BCBA designed to improve clients’ communication, social interaction, daily living, and learning skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans
• Utilize electronic data collection and document session notes in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in Central Reach of client progress.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior to measure the effectiveness of therapy programs.

Qualifications:

• At least one year working in the ABA field!
• RBT certified is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age is required.
• Behavior reduction experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
