Position Overview:
We’re hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. You’ll collaborate with RBTs, families, and clinical leads in a supportive, non-corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including, functional behavior and skills assessments
• Utilize tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3 Job Requirements
• Develop individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition plans
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA principals
• Model, implement and monitor progress of behavior plans
• Graph data, adjust strategies based on progress, and provide routine summaries
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience with children, teens, or young adults with ASD
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits (if applicable)
• Comfortable with flexible, autonomous work environments
