Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
• Answer phones.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and any necessary medical information.
• Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Create and maintain google sheets.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• Experience in a dental office or similar healthcare environment is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in using office software such as google docs and google sheets.
• Do NOT need experience. We will train.
