*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and helping them navigate various challenges they may face. *Duties* - Utilize theater and educational techniques to engage students - Provide tutoring and academic support as needed - Implement behavior management strategies to support student development - Utilize experience working with students to create a positive and supportive environment - Apply knowledge of childhood development to tailor counseling approaches - Organize and oversee camp activities for students - Implement daycare and childcare programs effectively - Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment *Skills* - Experience in theater or related fields - Proficiency in educating and tutoring students - Strong behavior management skills - Previous experience working with students in various settings such as camps or daycare facilities - Knowledge of childhood development principles - Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
