Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling and support to individuals and families, addressing a range of issues including crisis intervention, addiction, and family dynamics. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate support.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and ICD-10 coding in treatment sessions.
• Offer counseling services focused on child and family dynamics, addiction recovery, and overall mental health improvement.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients in home and community settings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health counseling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in mental health counseling, particularly with child family counseling, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention preferred.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques and familiarity with ICD-10 coding.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Knowledge of Christian counseling principles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $38.00 - $50.73 per hour
