Career Details:
We are seeking passionate, experienced Counselors with experience working with sex offender treatment programs to provide integrated behavioral healthcare care services; that may include per licensure and/or certification diagnosis, treatment of substance use disorders and mental/emotional disorders, and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Alvis. Counselor with experience working with sex offender treatment programs will provide treatment services in the form of groups, individual counseling and some case management services as needed.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in the human services field.
Experience: 1+ years of providing integrated behavioral healthcare services and experience working with sex offender treatment programs preferred.
Certificates & Licenses: Minimum licensure: LPC or LSW. LPCC or LISW preferred.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Skill in use of personal computer and related software (e.g., Electronic records, Microsoft Word, Excel); use of office equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printer).
