Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on crisis intervention, behavioral health, and addiction counseling. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting clients through challenging situations while promoting their overall well-being and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and management services to clients in distress.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients toward positive change.
• Offer counseling and support for individuals dealing with addiction issues.
• Facilitate workforce development programs aimed at enhancing clients' employability skills.
• Mentor clients in navigating social services, including Section 8 housing assistance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical standards.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience in crisis management and intervention techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices, childcare issues, and addiction counseling is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Previous experience in mentoring or workforce development is a plus.
