Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Position in CaliforniaWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide therapy, counseling, and crisis intervention while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team to support clients’ mental health needs.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefitsKey Duties:
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress
  • Use evidence-based interventions to address mental health challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
  • Active California LCSW license
  • At least two years of clinical experience
  • Strong proficiency in mental health treatment approaches
