- Provide one-on-one support and intervention to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Implement behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques as necessary
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make adjustments to interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately record vital signs
- Strong understanding of crisis management techniques and ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow direction from supervisors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection and documentation
