Job Overview:

This role is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker interested in establishing or expanding a virtual private practice. The position offers support for navigating insurance networks, aiming to enhance client accessibility, ensure compliance, and optimize earnings through streamlined credentialing and billing processes. The practitioner will utilize a comprehensive platform providing tools for scheduling, documentation, and ongoing professional development to facilitate practice growth and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing mental health services in a virtual private practice setting.

Engaging with insurance networks to increase client access to care.

Managing compliance requirements related to clinical practice and insurance billing.

Utilizing a specialized platform for practice management, including scheduling and documentation.

Requirements:

Full licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, or LCSWC) at a Master’s level or above, accepted on a state-by-state basis.

Possession of a valid NPI number.

Current malpractice insurance.

Readiness to establish a new private practice or integrate insurance acceptance into an existing practice.
