- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or families.
- Perform clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated client care.
- Provide crisis support and referrals when needed.
- Promote mental wellness through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Experience providing therapy in a virtual setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, time management, and technology skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
