Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are actively seeking a licensed BCBA for the 2024-2025 school year. The position is located within a school district in Wilmington, DE. In this role you will be assisting a variety of campuses based on needRequirements:
- Masters Level Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or similar field
- Must hold a National BCBA Certification
- Must hold an active BCBA State Teaching License
Job Details:
- Start & End Date: ASAP - 06/06/2025
- Hours: Full Time Pay: $55-$65/hr

Responsibilities:
- Work with students on Autism spectrum but there can be other students that have various behavior needs
- Collaborate on IEPs with teachers and help in their classrooms
- Supervise RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) when needed
