GPAC has partnered with an community-centered, mission-driven nonprofit organization to identify their next Licensed Psychologist in La Crosse, WI / Winona, MN.The organization is seeking candidates skilled in providing assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and families to help them manage and overcome life’s challenges.***Candidates must have a PhD and LP credential in either Wisconsin or Minnesota to be considered for this role***This organization is seeking candidates for this full time, mostly on-site position who are
  • Collaborative
  • Responsive to client needs, and

Responsibilities:
  • Direct Care Services
  • Individual therapy; group therapy; family therapy; in-home therapy;
  • Diagnostic assessments, other assessments or direct care services as trained or qualified.
  • Documentation
  • Maintain client files, ensuring completed and timely documentation of provided services in accordance with agency policies and governing standards.
  • Complete all required forms and process in the electronic health records (EHR) system in a timeframe consistent with service and billing requirements.
  • Training & Consultation
  • Complete or maintain training on best practice and evidence based models with successful outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of new developments in clinical area of expertise.
  • Agency Participation:
  • Participate in scheduled individual and/or group supervision, staff meetings, and other agency meetings, committees, or groups as requested.
  • Perform community presentations or other outreach services as required.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate of Philosphy in Psychology or relevant discipline
  • Licensed and third party billable as a mental health professional.
