Golden Vibes Counseling Center is currently seeking experienced, compassionate psychotherapists to join our collaborative and inclusive team. We are hiring fully licensed professionals such as Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) to provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples/relationships, and/or families—both in person and virtually.

We would love to hire someone also interested in providing peer supervision/clinical consultation to fellow licensed therapists, but this is not a requirement for the role.

At Golden Vibes, we believe in a client-centered, culturally responsive approach to therapy and in supporting our psychotherapists through consistent individual and group supervision. We provide a steady stream of referrals, a user-friendly electronic health record system, and comprehensive administrative and billing support, allowing our psychotherapists to focus on clinical care.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) with strong clinical skills
• Passion for working with individual adult clients; experience with children, teens, or couples is a plus
• Interest in maintaining or growing a caseload within a supportive team environment
• Availability during weekday, daytime hours. Other hours are available but not required.
• Previous private practice experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and coordinated care
• (Preferred but not required) Provide peer supervision/clinical consultation to fellow licensed psychotherapists

Pay: $60,900.00 - $109,000.00 per year
