About Job

The Enrichment Place is a boutique family-style mental health agency with a limited number of positions. We are opening up opportunities to individuals that are seeking to work in a cooperative, positive, team-oriented environment. Candidates may be hired for specific populations, such as children/ adolescents, veterans, adults, etc., based on experience and agency needs. Candidates must be fully license clinicians capable of being on behavioral health insurance panels. Pay offered will be based on licensing and experience with opportunity to increase accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing, and providing individual and family psychotherapy both In-Person and/ or via Telehealth
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals in a culturally competent manner.
  • Assess, diagnose and provide treatment to individuals with mental disorders, as well as various behavioral and emotional conditions.
  • Conduct social histories and related assessments within the staff’s level of competence.
  • Assessing and planning for the social/emotional requirements of individuals, groups and families.
  • Recognizing the role of client in the treatment planning process and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Keep comprehensive notes and record of client interactions according to agency requirements and standards in a 24 to 48 hour turnaround.
  • Participate in general department meetings, staffings, treatment team, and monthly supervision meetings as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of developing skills and research.
  • Utilize company EHR to perform job duties and tasks.
  • Other job related task as assigned

Skills and Specifications

  • Knowledge of mental health agency procedures, policies, and resources, including DSM-V
  • Knowledge of and ability to access technology needed to perform job tasks.
  • Access to reliable computer, programs and software
  • Appropriate internet capabilities and speeds required for services
  • HIPAA compliant space to perform job tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via e-mails and virtual platforms
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information to plan appropriate interventions.
  • Use of cognitive-behavioral therapy with integrated complementary therapies as needed.
  • Appropriately computer literate to complete job related tasks.

Education and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a social science (social work, psychology, counseling, etc.).
  • Licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas
  • Two or more years working with adults and/ or adolescents in a clinical setting.
  • No criminal history or history of personal CPS involvement
  • Individual malpractice insurance.

Job Types: Part-time salary and Contract positions

Contract Length:

  • 1 year for contracted positions with opportunity to continue
