About the Role:
In this position, you will assess students strengths and needs, design individualized interventions, and partner with educators and families to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and develop clear, actionable reports

• Attend IEP meetings and assist with eligibility determinations

• Provide short-term counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention

• Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Support RTI and MTSS practices throughout the district

• Maintain organized records in compliance with district and state standards

Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

• Active New Jersey School Psychologist Certification

• Knowledge of IEP development, MTSS implementation, and evidence-based interventions

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments based on district needs)
