Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles during the 2025–2026 school year. Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
  • Start Date: August 2025
  • Location: In-person
  • Role Focus:
  • Coach and support school staff
  • Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
  • Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Set and support academic and behavioral goals
  • Create teacher-friendly data collection systems
  • Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
  • This role does not include RBT supervision

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
