  • Maintain accurate documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and other service providers to support client care and treatment goals.
  • Use motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in their treatment process.
  • Stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment, including psychopharmacology, and apply them as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or equivalent.
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card for the state of Arizona.
  • Valid TB test and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong crisis management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for making a community impact and strong interpersonal skills.

Skills:

  • Strong crisis management abilities for effective handling of urgent situations.
  • Proficiency in maintaining medical records while adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Experience in child and family counseling, focusing on developmental issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with PTSD care strategies and interventions.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation.
  • Competence in motivational interviewing techniques to enhance client engagement.
  • Understanding of psychopharmacology principles relevant to mental health treatment.
  • Ability to lead supportive group therapy sessions.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.
  • Professional Development: Supervision hours and ongoing professional growth opportunities to support your journey to licensure.
  • Varied Work Locations: Opportunities to work in schools, community settings, or office-based environments.
