About Job

About Chapter & Page Counseling Chapter & Page Counseling is a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed therapy practice dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and families with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. We serve clients across Arizona and Tennessee through both virtual and in-person services, offering individual, family, and couples therapy, as well as psychological and autism evaluations. We believe in creating an affirming, empowering therapeutic space where clinicians can thrive and clients can feel deeply seen and supported.

We specialize in working with autistic and ADHD clients, LGBTQ+ youth and adults, and families navigating complex relational, emotional, and developmental landscapes. Our team is grounded in equity, collaborative care, and continual learning, and we’re committed to building a community of clinicians who value both clinical excellence and human connection.

About the Role We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC, or LCSW) to join our Arizona-based team as a 1099 contractor. This full-time position offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a highly supportive team of professionals who value depth, authenticity, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.

As a clinician at Chapter & Page, you will:

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to neurodivergent and neurotypical client
  • Deliver care through both telehealth and in-person sessions (hybrid model)

  • Have the freedom to integrate modalities that reflect your values and clinical style (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, IFS, narrative, somatic, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Master's or Doctoral-level clinician licensed in Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients (autism, ADHD, learning differences)
  • Culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming
  • Skilled in trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches
  • Able to work independently and manage a full caseload (20–25 sessions/week)
  • Access to a private, professional office space for in-person sessions (though you can also be fully remote)

Preferred (but not required):

  • Background in play therapy, family systems, or couples work
  • Knowledge of school systems, IEP/504 support, or parent coaching
  • Interest in existential, narrative, or creative modalities
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Competitive fee-for-service compensation ($50 - $70/session depending on service type)
  • Full administrative support: referrals, billing, credentialing, scheduling
  • Flexible schedule with autonomy to create your own hours and caseload
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture rooted in curiosity and clinical growth
  • Opportunities for supervision (if needed), consultation, and case collaboration
  • Opportunities for Play Therapy supervision (if desired to begin to gain hours towards RPT)
  • Clientele who are diverse, motivated, and often underserved in traditional therapy spaces

To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief letter of interest to [info@chapterandpagecounseling.com]. We welcome therapists from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences—especially those who resonate with our mission to provide radically affirming, human-centered care to neurodivergent communities.

Qualifications:

  • Current License in Arizona.
  • Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.

  • CBT for depression or anxiety
  • DBT for emotion dysregulation
  • Unified Protocol for emotional distress

Chapter & Page Counseling – Core Values:

These values guide how we show up—for our clients, our colleagues, and our community.

1. People Over Protocol

  • We are human first—before clinician, before parent, before professional. We meet others with compassion, flexibility, and respect for their lived experience. Therapy isn’t a script; it’s a relationship.

2. Neurodiversity Is Not a Problem to Fix

  • We do not pathologize what makes people different. We honor, uplift, and affirm neurodivergent ways of being. Our work is to help people discover how to live in alignment with themselves—not to force a mold.

3. Authenticity Creates Safety

  • We model realness. Our clients don’t need perfection—they need presence. We bring our full selves into the room, invite others to do the same, and create spaces where vulnerability can exist without shame.

4. Shared Knowledge Strengthens the Whole

  • We believe in collective wisdom. Whether through clinical consultation, family collaboration, or interdisciplinary support, we grow by learning from one another. No silos, no egos—just better care.

5. Systems Must Be Challenged to Be Changed

  • We speak up when something isn’t working—whether it’s inside the therapy room or within broader systems that marginalize and harm. We know the personal is political, and we advocate accordingly.

6. Curiosity Is a Clinical Tool

  • We don’t assume. We ask. We listen. We reflect. From treatment planning to identity exploration, curiosity helps us slow down, understand context, and hold space for complexity.

7. Integrity Over Hustle

  • We are not here to burn out or treat clients like numbers. We prioritize sustainable, ethical work—supporting each other in setting boundaries, taking rest, and holding firm to the values that brought us here.

8. Progress is Nonlinear

  • We know healing doesn’t move in straight lines. Growth involves circling back, sitting with discomfort, and rewriting old stories. We trust the process—and we teach our clients to trust it too.

9. Every Family Is the Expert of Their Story

  • We don’t impose. We partner. We value each family’s insight and wisdom. Our job is to come alongside—not to control—and help people find language for what already lives inside them.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Must be able to observe and communicate information on a laptop or other equivalent device.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation:

Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.

In-Person Rates:

$50 - $70/hour for master's level license.

Virtual Rates:

$50 - $70/hour for master's level license.
