Community Liaison (Part-Time)

Location: Local Community
Hours: 6 hours per week
Base Pay: $100/week
Event Pay: $16/hour for any community events attended

About Us:
Leveling Up Therapeutics is a certified mental health agency serving adults and children ages 3–14. We provide high-quality behavioral health services and are deeply committed to supporting and uplifting our community through mental wellness and education.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Liaison to serve as the face and voice of our program. You will help increase enrollment in our children’s program by connecting with families, building partnerships, and walking clients through the full intake and assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with community partners (schools, daycares, churches, events) to promote our services.
  • Identify and connect with families in need of support.
  • Assist clients with completing enrollment and intake documents.
  • Ensure families attend scheduled assessments and understand next steps.
  • Bridge communication between clients, therapists, and QMHS staff.
  • Represent Leveling Up at events, pop-ups, and outreach opportunities.

Compensation:

  • $100/week for 6 hours of outreach work.
  • $16/hour for any in-person events or community tabling you attend.
  • $25 bonus for each client who:
  • Completes the full intake and assessment process.
  • Additional $25 bonus for each client who:
  • Stays enrolled and actively participates for 30 days.
  • Monthly bonus awarded to the top performer based on outreach success and client retention.
