We’re looking for a warm, highly organized Care Coordinator who is enthusiastic about creating exceptional patient experiences and excited to be part of a dynamic, collaborative dental team.

Position Summary

The Care Coordinator is the face of our practice and the first point of contact for patients. In this role, you’ll manage the front desk ensuring that every patient feels welcome and supported from check-in to check-out. You will also be responsible for presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently, ensuring patients have a comprehensive understanding of their care options.

Responsibilities

- Greet and support patients throughout their visit to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience

- Acts as the communication hub between patients, providers and other team members including managing incoming calls, emails, and other office correspondence

- Coordinate provider schedules and manage patient appointments efficiently to optimize chair time

- Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, decipher and understand EOBs, and assist with patient billing and payments

- Present treatment plans clearly and guide patients through insurance and financial options

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

- Help support the general operations of the office and help deliver the high standards of care, communication and office presentation

Qualifications

- Previous experience working at a dental front desk

- Experience with Dentrix or comparable dental software

- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a diverse patient population

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
