BCBA Opportunity – Clinic & Home-Based Caseload
Location: Dearborn / Detroit, MI
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000
About the Opportunity
A well-established behavioral health organization is expanding in the Dearborn/Detroit area and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers a balanced caseload across clinic and home-based settings and provides a strong foundation of clinical support, career growth, and autonomy.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who values meaningful work, ethical care, and professional development in a team-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct ABA services
- Collaborate with families to support care consistency and goal achievement
- Track progress through data collection and adjust programming as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings and support quality assurance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- At least 3 years of ABA experience, including staff supervision
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and team-minded professional
- Must meet Michigan’s BCBA licensing requirements (see below)
Michigan Licensure Requirements
To practice ABA in Michigan, BCBAs must:
- Hold an active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Apply for and maintain a state license through Michigan’s Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)
- Complete one-time Human Trafficking and Implicit Bias training courses
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
