Ethan Health is seeking a full-time Residential Aide for 3rd shift. The ideal candidate for this position is a dependable, disciplined individual who can provide leadership and supervision for a 16-bed men's residential treatment facility.

***Must be able to work 1:00 am - 9:00 am Tuesday -Saturday***

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of participants
• Shift communication
• Overseeing participants' scheduled activities
• Provide direct support for participants
• Keep & monitor the phone and answer it, complete screenings, and take messages.
• Participate in night and morning meditation
• Ensure and maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with Program Coordinator and facility staff in program development
• Assist in the Quality Assurance of the agency
• Participate in staff meetings; monthly or as directed
• Assist in the supervision of clients and respond to all requests and emergencies during duty hours
• Actively encourage and promote client involvement in classes/program

Qualifications:

• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday 1:00 am - 9: 00 am
• Ability to begin work immediately
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have basic computer and communication skills and demonstrate non-judgmental and non-bias disposition regarding clients
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
• Must be absent from the Federal Exclusion List
