Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This is a W-2 fee-for-service position with a caseload expectation of 26 clients per week. The position is hybrid, requiring 1–2 days per week in-office based on scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with providers, family members, and other care team members as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate
• Attend monthly team meetings and participate in regular clinical supervision

Qualifications:

• Active clinical license in Connecticut (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC, LPC-A)
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality client care
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work independently within a supportive team environment
