I am looking for an emotionally intelligent Social Worker/Support Coordinator to act as an advocate and assist people with developmental disabilities. Employee must be available to travel within Lake County/Clermont area.

This position requires effective communication, problem-solving, active listening, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Pay

• Starting pay rate is based on prior experience and based on a per consumer rate.
• Pay schedule is a per month basis.
• A maximum case load includes at least 43 consumers.
• Starting per consumer rate will be discussed during the interview.

Minimum requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of paid, supervised experience in developmental disabilities, special education, mental health, counseling, guidance, social work, or health and rehabilitative services.
• Or a master’s degree in a related field which can be substituted for one year of the required experience.
