About Job

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate floater RBT to join our team. As a licensed RBT, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual disabilities, implementing behavior support plans and providing direct care between our WPB group homes (Edmor/66th Group Home). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct supervision of adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities who exhibit severe problem behavior in a community-based group home setting and ensure safety practices are observed.
  • Implementing behavioral programming and support services and providing ongoing training to direct care staff
  • Assist Behavior Analysts in creating and maintaining necessary assessment and intervention materials.
  • Complete programming organization, including but not limited to materials, data sheets, and reinforcers
  • Collect and graph data accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage consumers positively and enthusiastically while creating novel learning opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with direct care staff, administration, and consumers.
  • Maintain consumer confidentiality
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and group training opportunities
  • Abide by the BACB Code of Ethics as detailed in the Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:
- RBT License
- Patient care
- HIPAA knowledge
- Experience with medical documentation
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to maintain medical records
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in developing care plans
- Understanding of behavioral health principles
- Behavioral therapy experience
- Working with children
- Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis
- Working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Data collection skills
- Working with individuals with autism
- Background in special education
- Proficiency in behavior management
