Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for an experienced LMHC, to join us full-time to provide therapy services to clients. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working, and experienced in outpatient.

Responsibilities:

• reviewing personal history/notes completed by the supervising
• Help run groups
• Provide individual psychotherapy
• Providing individual and group supervision
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Provide supervision to unlicensed staff and ensure that our outpatient programs are running successfully.
• This is a hybrid position where the supervisor has to be on-site 4 days a week and remote one day a week

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• No experience is required but 3+ years of experience in practice is a plus
• Previous knowledge in developing programs/outpatient mental health services
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fully licensed LMHC to practice in the state of MA without any restrictions
