About Job

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Assessments and re-assessments for new and existing cases
  • Providing supervision and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Student Analysts
  • Travel to client homes to provide in person supervision as needed and/or required by payors
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Behavior plans
  • Provide Parent training to ensure behavior plan is being implemented as suggested
  • Review data collection
  • Maintaining client documentation requirements set forth by the BACB and client funding sources
  • Following ethical guidelines set by the BACB

Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to travel up to 35 min each way to client locations for supervision and caregiver training, as needed and/or required by payors
