Responsibilities
- Conduct Assessments and re-assessments for new and existing cases
- Providing supervision and ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Student Analysts
- Travel to client homes to provide in person supervision as needed and/or required by payors
- Develop and oversee the implementation of Behavior plans
- Provide Parent training to ensure behavior plan is being implemented as suggested
- Review data collection
- Maintaining client documentation requirements set forth by the BACB and client funding sources
- Following ethical guidelines set by the BACB
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to travel up to 35 min each way to client locations for supervision and caregiver training, as needed and/or required by payors
