Position Overview:
Licensed mental health professional to supervise and manage the delivery of urgent behavioral health services for both adults and children. This leadership role involves overseeing triage, assessment, care coordination, and support within our Behavioral Health Urgent Care program.
Behavioral Health Urgent Care Supervisor (Evenings) – Full-Time
Location: Southgate, MI
Pay: $35.60 – $47.92/hour (based on licensure & experience)
Schedule: Mon–Thu 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, Fri 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–2:00 PM (Flexible scheduling available)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise urgent care staff and ensure quality care delivery
- Lead team meetings, case consults, and clinical debriefings
- Coordinate with community partners and first responders
- Provide short-term support to police and first responders
- Monitor and improve clinical documentation and reporting
- Ensure service delivery is timely, ethical, and meets funding requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling – Required
- Full Michigan licensure (LMSW, LLP, or LPC) – Required
- 3+ years of experience treating children and adults with mental health conditions
- 1+ year working with intellectual/developmental disabilities or substance use
- Eligible for:
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
- Qualified Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP)
- CAADC or active MCBAP Development Plan (within 6 weeks of hire)
- Excellent clinical assessment, triage, and crisis management skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Culturally competent and sensitive to diverse populations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay: $35.00 - $47.00 per hour
