Position Summary
The Department of Psychology at La Salle University is seeking applications for a nontenure track Visiting Faculty position. The position begins in August 2025. The successful candidate will serve as a faculty member in La Salle’s APA-accredited Psy.D. Program in Clinical Psychology. The position is a full-time, nine-month appointment with a teaching load of four courses (12 credits) per semester. There is additional compensation if the candidate agrees to engage in teaching, evaluation, supervision, etc., in the summer.

Essential Duties
- Teaching in the Psy.D. Program during the academic year.
- Providing service to the Psy.D. program’s administrative functioning
- Serving on committees in the program and department.
Secondary Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral program and APA-accredited internship in clinical psychology.
- Multicultural humility and commitment to ongoing work in multicultural responsiveness and competence
- Demonstrated teaching ability.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate teaching experience.
- Licensed or license-eligible in the practice of psychology.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
- Evening hours may be required to teach an evening class and/or to participate in programmatic events
