Required Criteria:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master's degree.
- Shall possess a valid New Jersey Certificate for Director of Student Personnel Services or Director of School Counseling Services.
- Shall have at least five years of public-school teaching/counseling experience.
- Shall have successful administrative/supervisory experience in the field of student personnel services or school counseling services.
- Broad knowledge of child growth and development, psychology of exceptional children, and the principals of individual and group guidance and counseling and career/education information and placement.
