About the Role: We’re expanding our team and seeking two Mental Health Counselors (ALC, LPC, or LMFT) who share our mission and heart for helping others. Whether you are seeking licensure or are fully licensed, you’ll receive strong clinical supervision, mentorship, and the resources you need to grow your skills with confidence.

You’ll provide individual and family counseling for children, teens, and adults — all within a warm, faith-informed environment that honors your values as a counselor and as a person.

What You’ll Do

• Provide counseling for children, adolescents, and adults using proven treatment approaches.
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clear, ethical documentation.
• Meet regularly with our Clinical Director for supervision, case consultation, and professional development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach opportunities.
• Uphold HIPAA, state licensing standards, and practice policies.

Who You Are

• Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed in Alabama as an ALC (or license-eligible), or fully licensed LPC or LMFT.
• Comfortable working with a range of ages and presenting concerns.
• Eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a supportive team environment.
• Committed to providing excellent, ethical, client-centered care.

Benefits

Full-Time (25+ clients/week): Health insurance, Paid time off & holiday pay, CEU allowance, Flexible schedule & fully furnished office, Paid business license (Enterprise, AL) & liability insurance, Weekly clinical supervision for licensure (ALCs), W-2 employment: taxes withheld, no quarterly surprises

Part-Time (12–24 clients/week): CEU allowance, Flexible schedule & furnished office, Paid business license & liability insurance, Weekly clinical supervision for licensure (ALCs), W-2 employment: taxes withheld, no contractor paperwork

Compensation

Fully licensed therapists: $50-$60 per clinical hour, plus additional compensation for administrative hours

Associate-level therapists: $40 per clinical hour, plus additional compensation for administrative hours (includes free supervision for Alabama licensure)
