Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and possess strong skills in patient care and behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
