As a Teen Program Staff member at the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and energetic environment where teens can thrive. From mentoring to leading hands-on activities, your role will empower teens to explore their interests, grow as leaders, and gain important life skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote personal, academic, and career development for teenagers.
  • Create and maintain a structured schedule of activities, ensuring a balanced mix of educational, recreational, and leadership opportunities.
  • Establish positive relationships with teens, providing mentorship, guidance, and emotional support as needed.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all teens by actively supervising program areas and promptly addressing any behavioral or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, program participation, and individual progress.

Schedule:

Weekdays from 2:30–6:00 PM
