We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a specialization in Litigation, specifically in the area of Personal Injury. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process, from case preparation to trial.

Compensation:

$55,000+ based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness
  • File court documents and respond to discovery requests
  • Maintain case files, track important deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances
  • Calendar management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation required
  • Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function well in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Must have strong computer skills
