Perham Health includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, 98-bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility and three clinics.   A doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited university is required. Clinic Hours M-F 8a-5p and Sat 9a-noon Multispecialty group practice including Family Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Psychology Service region of approximately 15,000 patients Outreach specialties include Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Cardiology, Oncology, Nephrology, OB/GYN, Orthopedic Benefits:  Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.  Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $114,254 - $147,589 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
