Villa Marina Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic Director of Social Service for our 72 bed, Five Star skilled nursing facility. * Must be licensed or in process of licensure.

Duties:

1. Resident advocate providing person centered care starting with referrals from discharge planners to appropriate community placement.

2. Promote positive and supportive relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community.

3. Preference will be given to those candidates with SNF experience.
