Crazy Running Community School Liaison – Hampton Roads

Position Summary:
The Community School Liaison is the face of Crazy Running within Hampton Roads school communities. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with elementary and middle schools, promoting youth fitness programs, and expanding student participation across the region. Ideal for a former teacher, coach, or community organizer passionate about children’s health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with principals, PE teachers, and school districts.
• Represent Crazy Running at PTA meetings, school fairs, and wellness events.
• Deliver school-based presentations to promote upcoming seasons.
• Coordinate with school staff to distribute flyers and registration materials.
• Identify student recruitment opportunities through sports clubs and community centers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in school systems, PE instruction, or youth education preferred.
• Background in sports, athletics, or youth development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Hampton Roads school systems.
