Crazy Running Program Recruiter & Community Engagement Specialist – Hampton Roads

Position Summary:
This marketing-forward role focuses on recruiting new participants and promoting Crazy Running’s brand through strategic community partnerships, grassroots outreach, and digital campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone with youth marketing or local event experience and strong community ties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to increase enrollment.
• Collaborate with local running stores, sports leagues, and afterschool programs.
• Coordinate outreach events, tabling, and information sessions.
• Lead community-based digital campaigns and local flyer distribution.
• Track engagement metrics and provide regular feedback to headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Experience in school systems, PE, coaching, or sports management strongly preferred.
• Background in marketing, youth outreach, or athletic program coordination.
• Familiarity with Hampton Roads athletic and parent networks.
• Strong organizational and public speaking skills.
• Experience using social media and digital platforms for promotion.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during community events.
