Overview
Earnest Endeavor Therapy LLC is seeking a dedicated and qualified Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our growing Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) team. The QSP plays a critical role in assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and supervising Level 1 and Level 2 providers delivering direct services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving children and families, experienced in behavioral health, and licensed in accordance with Minnesota DHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and oversee Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDE) if qualified.
- Develop and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) based on client needs and assessments.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision to Level 1 and Level 2 intervention staff.
- Monitor treatment fidelity, progress, and data collection to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with family members, care coordinators, and other providers to support client outcomes.
- Ensure all services are provided in accordance with DHS EIDBI guidelines, HIPAA, and ethical standards.
- Conduct family training sessions and participate in treatment team meetings.
- Maintain clear documentation of services, progress, and supervision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA).
- Hold an active Minnesota license (e.g., LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, BCBA, OT, SLP).
- Completion of required DHS-approved EIDBI training (or willingness to complete upon hire).
- Experience working with children with ASD or related conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a DHS background study and meet all state and federal compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supervising EIDBI or ABA providers.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience completing CMDEs (if applicable to licensure).
