Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques to support skill development at home.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical documentation is essential.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly in special education settings, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral health outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards in practice.
