Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques to support skill development at home.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical documentation is essential.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly in special education settings, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral health outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards in practice.

Pay: $68,633.45 - $82,655.34 per year
